Policy  Overview


By Booking a session with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.



BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A non-refundable retainer of half of the total payment is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due in full before the session concludes. Mini sessions must be paid in full to secure your time slot.


Prices may change at any time without prior notification. However, once a contractual agreement is signed, the agreed-upon prices will remain fixed. Checks are not accepted at this time.




ADULT/PARENT PRESENCE:

Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) must book for anyone 18 and under. Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) must accompany their child/children if they are 15 and under.




RESCHEDULING AND LATE ARRIVALS:

You're allowed one reschedule with at least 48 hour's notice. The session must take place within the calendar year it was booked, when the year ends that reschedule is considered a cancellation and your retainer will be forfeited.


Arriving late to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. I will not provide a partial refund or other compensation for the time deducted due to late arrival.




CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Request to alter or cancel 48 hours or more before the agreed upon session date will allow the initial nonrefundable retainer fee to be applied on a mutually agreed upon reschedule date. Failure to show or cancel 48 hours or more before the session date will forfeit the nonrefundable retainer fee. No Show's will be subject to another fee before booking again.




GALLERY DELIVERY AND STORAGE

Once your gallery is delivered, please download and save your photos to your device or a secure location as soon as possible. I clear up storage 3 months after galleries are delivered.




REVISIONS, RESHOOTS, AND RE-EDITS

I do not offer re-edits or reshoots unless there is a technical malfunction that limits my ability to deliver the quality images I strive for. My goal is to ensure every session provides the highest standard of work from the start, but if any technical issues arise, I will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome. I do revisions on pictures if you ask, revising more than 10 photos will result in a fee based on complexity of your needs.




PROPS AND OUTFITS

Props are welcome and encouraged! Feel free to bring items that make your session unique and personal to you. Inappropriate or foul language on props or outfits will not be posted to my business page.




WEATHER

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If bad weather is expected, I'll reach out to reschedule or adjust the session time/plan. I will not risk your safety or damaging my gear in inclement weather.




TURNAROUND TIME

Editing and delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. I strive to deliver galleries as quickly as possible while maintaining my editing quality.




LOCATION & TRAVEL

While I am mainly based in Caldwell and Ouachita Parish, I will travel outside of those Parishes for a fee. Clients are responsible for all location fees involved such as location access fees and/or parking. Quality can not be guaranteed in venues that prevent flash. I will not photograph events where lasers are present, lasers can and will damage camera equipment.

If I am unable to reach you within 3 hours before your scheduled session time, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session. Clear communication is crucial to ensure the best experience for everyone involved!




SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING

I love showcasing my work! By booking a session, you agree that I may use your images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless stated.




COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

I retain the copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights but may not alter, edit, or sell the images without permission.




ADDITIONAL

I understand that life happens, and we're all human. I'm super understanding and will always do my best to work with you, as long as you can give me a heads-up (if possible) .
